Описана структура организационной устойчивости: человеческие ресурсы, корпоративная культура, инновации. Рассмотрены ключевые качества организационной устойчивости. Выделены три ключевых качества организационной устойчивости: умение принимать социально-экономическую реальность такой, какова она есть; умение находить смысл в любой ситуации; способность к бриколажу.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article is devoted to the sociological analysis of organizational sustainability as a factor in the effective management of human resources. The structure of organizational stability is described: human resources, corporate culture, innovations. The key qualities of organizational sustainability are considered.
