В статье обосновывается положение, что качество и скорость развития цифровизации и информатизации аграрного сектора регионов Российской Федерации зависит от создания институтов поддержки, важное место среди которых занимают информационно-консультационные центры (ИКЦ) муниципальных образований и коммерческих организаций. Информационные и консультационные услуги обеспечивают равный доступ сельхозтоваропроизводителей к информации о предоставляемых государством льготах и регулируемым платежам вне зависимости от их масштабов: агрокорпорации, крупные хозяйства, крестьянские (фермерские) хозяйства. На примере деятельности муниципального казенного учреждения Информационно-консультационный центр Крыловского района Краснодарского края показаны функции ИКЦ, их организационная структура, проблемы и перспективы дальнейшего развития.

The article substantiates the position that the quality and speed of development of digitalization and informatization of the agricultural sector of the regions of Russian Federation depends on the creation of support institutions, an important place among which is occupied by information and consulting centers (ICC) of municipalities and commercial organizations. Information and consulting services ensure equal access of agricultural producers to information about benefits provided by the state and regulated payments, regardless of their scale: agricultural corporations, large farms, peasant (farmer) farms. Using the example of the activities of a municipal state institution, the Information and Consulting Center of the Krylovsky district of the Krasnodar Territory, the functions of the ICC, their organizational structure, problems and prospects for further development are shown.
