   В статье рассмотрен и проанализирован феномен политического менеджмента как отражение неклассического типа научной рациональности и неклассической парадигмы политического управления. Выявлены междисциплинарный характер политического менеджмента, возможности и ограничения его применения в политическом управлении в аспекте трансформации его манипулятивной сущности в направлении медиации и координации взаимодействия политических акторов.

   The article considers and analyzes the phenomenon of political management as a reflection of the non-classical type of scientific rationality and the non-classical paradigm of political management. The interdisciplinary nature of political management, the possibilities and limitations of its application in political management in the aspect of transformation of its manipulative essence in the direction of mediation and coordination of interaction of political actors are revealed.
