В статье авторы анализируют дискурс интернет коммуникаций в современном открытом обществе, анализируют теоретические конструкты раскрывающие политический  потенциал интернет коммуникаций, влияния политических активностей граждан на их политическое участие. В статье авторы заключают, что существуют различные модели взаимодействия  органов публичного управления, публичной коммуникации.  

In the article, the authors analyze the discourse of Internet communications in a modern open society, analyze the theoretical constructs that reveal the political potential of Internet communications, the impact of political activities of citizens on their political participation. In the article, the authors conclude that there are various models of interaction between public authorities and public communication.
