В статье авторы заключают, что существуют различные модели взаимодействия  органов публичного управления, публичной коммуникации.  </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>In the article, the authors analyze the discourse of Internet communications in a modern open society, analyze the theoretical constructs that reveal the political potential of Internet communications, the impact of political activities of citizens on their political participation.
